Pete is an experienced, classically trained musician who started out by playing trombone in his school brass band. Moving on to also work with various wind bands and orchestras. He started playing bass during his teenage years and enjoys nothing like putting in a groove laden bottom end.
He plays in a great deal of different styles from Soul, Funk and Gospel to Latin, Ska, Big Band, Blues and Rock; taking in Pit Bands for Musicals along the way, all good experience for the wide and varied styles that Addictive Mix covers.
Work has included playing in many prestigious venues throughout East Anglia and beyond, including a gig in the magnificent Hintze Hall in London’s Natural History Museum, face to face with the massive dinosaur skeleton!
Pete really enjoys being a member of such a lively band as Addictive Mix and has been known to throw in the odd tongue-in-cheek dance move…
